Surplus Program

The State Surplus Property Program is tasked with the accounting and ethical disposal of State-owned property. Property is first offered for reutilization to state and other government agencies, and secondarily offered for public sale. Public sales are conducted on a retail sales basis and in some instances by way of sealed bids and auctions

The Federal Surplus Property Program is a Utah State governmental program that is tasked with the responsibility of locating, acquiring and distributing federal surplus personal property state and local governments and eligible non-profit organizations.
